Thermal Insulation & Energy‑Saving
Thanks to the multi‑chamber structure of uPVC profiles, outstanding thermal‑insulation performance is achieved with an extremely low heat‑transfer coefficient. Its thermal conductivity is only 1/4.5 of reinforced steel and 1/8 of aluminum, bringing remarkable economic and social benefits.
2. Air Tightness
Rubber‑plastic sealing gaskets and end caps are fitted for all gaps during installation. Therefore, uPVC windows and doors deliver far better air‑tightness performance compared with aluminum‑alloy windows.
3. Water Tightness
Featuring a distinctive multi‑chamber design with independent drainage cavities, both frames and sashes can efficiently drain away rainwater. Excellent water‑tightness is guaranteed for daily use.
4. Wind Resistance
Steel liners of 1.23 mm thickness can be inserted inside independent uPVC chambers. Reinforcement thickness, profile series and window configurations can be customized according to local wind‑pressure values, building height and opening dimensions to satisfy project‑specific requirements.
5. Sound Insulation
uPVC profiles offer inherent sound‑insulating properties. Double‑glazed units further improve noise reduction performance, making them ideal for high‑noise areas such as schools, hotels and office buildings.
6. Corrosion Resistance
The specially‑formulated uPVC profiles provide superior corrosion‑resistant performance. The service life of uPVC doors and windows largely depends on hardware selection. When anti‑corrosion or stainless‑steel hardware is adopted, service life can reach around 10 times that of steel windows.
